Questions, feedback and school enquiries are welcome. Email is the best way to reach us.
Send general enquiries, technical support requests and feedback to info@econograms.com.
Please include the page you were using, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot is useful when it does not contain confidential or identifying student information.
Teachers and schools
Teachers and school leaders may use the same address for classroom, account, accessibility and future class-management enquiries. Include your school only if you are comfortable doing so; it is not required for a response.
Privacy and account requests
For access, correction or deletion requests, email from the address connected to your Econograms account and use the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request concerns your account.
Please do not send sensitive information
Do not email passwords, authentication codes, payment details, confidential student records or unpublished examination materials. Econograms will never ask you to send a password by email.
